Ben Binder has been a long time careful student of the purchase of 308 acres in South Boulder, Colorado, by the University of Colorado.  It was intended to be part of the City’s Open Space Program. Now the University wishes to build University buildings, and perhaps housing, on this flood prone land.

Ben reviews the history and present situation.  We present information about Ben’s technical qualifications and about his suggestions for the future.
