City council makes profound decisions about the future of Boulder and Boulder needs a change of leadership and direction. The current Boulder City Council, dominated by self-described “progressives,” has made terrible decisions to cede local control over land use and planning to the state and to increase occupancy without requiring affordability. Boulder needs a city council that listens and respects all, a council that values Boulder’s parks, open space, public lands, and environment, and leaders who are not ideologues.
